if applicable what rate will be applicable?

31 July 2008 Referrel bonus paid to empoyees will be conidered with the normal salary payable to employee and the same shall be subjected to TDS on salary u/s 192. Normally referrel bonus is considered in context with employees. However, any amount paid to others shall be covered u/s 194J.
