Tds on purchase of stock images

My company has purchased stock images from imagesbazar to provide services to its client, (total billing exceeds 30000/- limit u/s 94C), is there a liability to deduct tds on such purchases? if yes, at what rate?

04 November 2015 First of all your company purchased it for which purpose ? If its your purchase dor resale no TDS liability arises.

Plz clarify the purpose.
