10 September 2014 Is TDS applicable if the provision of Audit fees payable id Rs. 56000?

What if the amount payable is below Rs.30000?

10 September 2014 if 56000 then yes tds is deductible @10% u/s 194J

if its below 30,000 and only amount for year then no tds is applicable.
