Tds on professional services

Kindly clarify how to claim the TDS deducted on professional services in the case of a firm if the income earned is less than Rs. 2 lacs for the current financial year.Also please clarify the slab for partnership firm for tax purposes.

partnership firm didn't have any slab. 30%+ 2% +1 % cess is applicable
