24 June 2014 Whether an Educational Instituion has to deduct TDS on payment of Printing & Stationary Charges??.. If Yes, rate??... & under which section??..

24 June 2014 if you are paying on printing charges like job work.. then if limit crossed tds will be deducted @ 1% or 2 %.......u/s 194(c)
