01 January 2013 Whether TDS is required to be deducted for Advetisment Expense in navratri paid to public Trust who is organizing navratri.....

if yes then at what rate ?????

if no then plz tell me why??????????????

01 January 2013 TDS will be deducted @2% if the trust does not submit you any NIL Tds Certificate.
