A HUF have to made a payment of INR 6000/- to japanese compamy as a commission for advertisement.
Whether he is liable to deduct TDS on the same? If yes, then at what rate?

Please clearfy about advertisement, whether advertisement in made in India or outside India and whether forighn company have any permanent establishment in India
