09 June 2011 We are making a payment towards sponshorship of an event conducted by German Embassy, the amount involved is 50,000 . should we deduct TDS on this, if Yes under what head

09 June 2011 Not required, because For German Embassy it is not a Indian income under Sec-9 hence it is not taxable in India.
