An individual wants to transfer 1.5 Lakh Rupees to New Zealand Based Advisors for Visa Services in New Zealand. Now my question is whether any tds will be deducted or not on this payment as the service provider has no establishment in india. Also which Part ( Out of Part A, B,C & D) is to be filled in Form 15CA & whether since the payment is less than 5 Lacs, Form 15CB is required to be filled in or not. Thanks in Advance Amit Jain
