In which section we shall deduct TDS on Online Data Transferring & Storage Services ?

TDS on Contract u/s 194C
We are using services for storage of our records and deduct TDS under Contract.
We can take Online Data Transferring at par with courier and postage services where we deduct tax under contract services and withhold tax accordingly.
