TDS on Making of Jewellery for Gift

17 October 2007 We have purchase gold coin for making of gift to customer under Business promotion. Jewellers raised bill with mention for making charges seperatly an amount of Rs.52200/-. I would like to know that we are liable to deduct tds on that bill or not.
