TDS on Lift AMC

15 December 2010 I wanted to know that if an Annual Maintenance Contract of Lift in an housing Society has been given to a Company So TDS has to be deducted u/s 194C at the rate 2% is it right as it is in the nature of Service contract plz let me know

Individual/HUF @1%
Others @2%
Threshold limit:
Single Bill Rs 30000/-
Annual Payment Rs 75000/- p.a.
