I want to know about TDS on Leave Encashment in cash of death.
it exempt in hand of family. but in hand of employee whose income tax return also filled by representative in that case Leave incashment income is also club in empolyee Salary Income ?
please suggest

bt preeti ji.. after the death of employee, that amount is received by the employee family na.. not the employee himself or herself.. so point of taxation will b absent....!!
