17 October 2012 Pls let un know we have a co. & want to pay electricity (MSEB ) bill for last 3month with interest for late payment. Pls let me know the applicability of TDS.under what provsion

17 October 2012 There is no provision related to TDS in respect of payment of Electricity Bill.

You will have to follow MSEB rules and regulations for late payment and intrest applicability.
