TDS on Labour Wages

I want to know whether if we paid staff salary as a Labour Wages, TDS will be deducted from the same as per salary slab or as Contractor. Please guide.

06 January 2011 If employment is on Contract basis it is on Cantract or if it is on full time basis as per salary slab
