In accordance with the contracts, Minimum Wages as per the Minimum Wages Act along with PF & ESI charges will be reimbursed. Contractors are being paid a spcific amount towards service charges. I may please be intimated the amount upon which TDS to be charged. Also Service Tax payable on what amount.

TDS to be deduct on Contractor Bill amount encluding service tax. rate as per applicable on ind/huf @1% inother case 2% if Pan not mentioned on Invoice 20% tds applicable.
