I wanna know that I have purchased a goods, Finishing of good wasn't up to the mark. Seller of that good advised us to Finish the goods on your hand & whatever expenses occur will be bear by Seller.We have finished the goods on our hand,now the firm who has finished our good has raised a bill of job work.Will i be liable for TDS or Not.
Also, we have charged Finishing Charges from the Seller.

You will be required to deduct tax if at all you are liable to deduct tax at source. You'll need to deduct tax u/s 194C, irrespective of the fact that you are getting the re-imbursement of the same.
