01 June 2013 Should we deduct TDS on Local Internet Service, monthly paid 2500 + S.tax 309 = 2809

If any obligation, whether we deducted monthly or after crossing of limit. Also explain the rate of TDS & category.

01 June 2013 There is no Need to Deduct TDS for Interent under Any Sec. It has also been held in the case of Skycell Communications Ltd. v. Deputy CIT[2001] 251 ITR 53 (Mad.).
