14 December 2013 any exemption on deduction of tds on interest piad to nbfc by deductor

14 December 2013 In case the interest is being paid for the loan utilised for personal purpose, or is being paid by an HUF or Individual not covered under Tax Audit in the preceding FY,
TDS is required to be deducted.
