Tds on hospital bill

Our company receiving bill from hospital towards health check up for new employees on regular basis. whether TDS is aapplicable on these bills.

04 November 2011 Yes TDS will be applicable of this...but if you pay the amount of this to your emloyees a\only and they pay to the hospital in this case you will not be required to deduct any TDS
