Tds on hoardings

03 July 2012 Hoarding income is under Display Income. Hence the TDS is charged @ 2% or 1% depending upon the contract(Sec194c).
Still there is confusion that it shud be under sec 194i or 194j leading to rate of 10%

Kindly help in clearing the same
