Sec 194I is attracted as it is classified as rent. Rate is 10%.
Note: see the agreement.. If it is to clear or dump mud and sand or anythin of tat sort, then it ll be classified as contract. If it is specifically mentioned tat, they r hiring the machinery then it is rent..
