27 January 2012 Is any TDS applicable on hiring of crane?
if yes, at what percentage it deducted? and under what section it is applicable?

27 January 2012 TDS to be deducted u/s 194I.
Rate: 2% (Being Machinery), If PAN not given TDS to be deducted @20%.
Threshold Limit: Rs 180000/- p.a.
