03 January 2019 If bill dated is 5th may'2018 and payment is being made on 2nd Nov'2018 then is TDS is required to be deducted on GST.

TDS is not required to be made where tax invoice has been issued prior to 01.10.2018 ( Refer Para 4 of Standing operating procedure updated by GST Council on 27th Dec 2018 )
