Tds on freight & courier

22 October 2012 i have querry regarding tds on freight. how i can judge or decide that which rate of tds deducted on bill of courier/freight. some companies are registered under service tax on basis of freight/ cargo but also provide service of courier. please solve the problem.

22 October 2012 So, You Can Take as Any Service, No difference.
Since TDS Need to Deduct in Every Case u/s 194C Only.
Only GTA, No Need to Deduct TDS, & That is Not Your Case.
