19 June 2014 TDS to be deducted u/s 194J @10%.

TDS should not be deducted on cost of study material.

20 June 2014 you have to contract with the principal company you are collection the fee and give to principal . you have to deduct the tds @2% u/s 194C due to they are not charge the fee for technical consultancy.
