Dear Experts,
Whether TDS to be deducted for the payments made to a Foreign co. for the services rendered by them outside India?
These are Repairs and Maintenance of Aircraft which are used to fly in India.
Please help me out in this issue.

You need to deduct the TDS on the payments made for foreign co for maint. service of aircraft.

I think foreign co.provides the services outside India and it does not have any business place in India....then the amount payable to co. shall not be chargeable to Indian Income Tax, hence NO TDS will deducted.
