Pls advice on permitting Reimbursement to employees in the current F.Y.2012-13.

This reimbursement is actual part of their CTC. We always release the payment against supporting submitted.

Currently we are granting them below Reimbursements.

Reimbursement Head Monthly Amount
Car Petrol Reimbursement 10000
Car Driver Reimbursement 10000
Telephone Reimbursement 2000
Medical Reimbursement 1250
SODEXHO Coupon 2000

Also we are giving fixed conveyance allowance every month against which bills are not submitted as it is local conveyance.

Please do the needful.
