07 July 2010 Are TDS provisions applicable on Reimbursement made for Expenses of employees eg. Telephone reimbursement?


what is the case when the person concerned is retainer, not the employee?

07 July 2010 In Case of Employee - no Tds

In case of Retainer - it will depend on the Invoice received from the retainer. If a combined inv is received then on both amount(professional Charges & reeimbursement)

If seperate then no Tds on Reimbursement

07 July 2010 If you are reimbursing actuals then tds will not attract. If you are paying adhoc amount then tds will be applicable.
