TDS on Exhibition Participation Charges

15 January 2010 Dear All,

We are Pvt. Ltd. Company and have to pay Rs. 90000.00 to M/s The Indian Express Ltd. towards Participation charges of Exhibition to be held at Mumbai.

Please advise whether TDS will be deducted u/s 194-I or 194-C.
