20 August 2013 Is it compulsory to deduct TDS on etds filing fee charged by auditor amounting 6741/-(including service tax)

20 August 2013 Section 194J will apply but threshold limit is Rs 30000/- p.a.

If total payment to that auditor during the FY s crossing Rs 30000/- then TDS is required to be deducted on total amount inclusive of service tax.
