Dear expert, My vendor provide erection and commissioning service to us. we dont have any contractual agreement to that vendor. What TDS liability would be applicable either 194C or 194J.

TDS applicable u/s 194C...
Also explain the nature service...
In case it's professional or technical Services then You can treat u/s 194J... Otherwise Erection and Commissioning iwill be treat under 194C...
