Rs. 600000 Director remuneration credited on 31st march 2011 and same is paid on 5th april 2011.whether we have to file quarterly tds return for the same and can file 4th quarter tds return for the director remuneration. TDS ON REMUNERATION DEPOSITED ON ON 5TH APRIL 2011.
