Pls let me know that in which section TDS has been deducted from Director Remuneration.
suppose director remuneration is 50000/- pm how much tax shold i deduct from it

U/s 192 "Salary".

u/s 192, calculate the annual income of th employee and then derive the tax liability.
divide the tax liability by 12(no. of months).this will be the per month tds to be deducted.
