Dear Sir, Transporter has raised a bill which also include detention chgs.(Eg. for detaining vehicle due to any reason like it took 5-6 days to get empty). 1)Is TDS applicable on such detention charges ? (As TDS is applicable on loading/unloading charges. Pls quote the sec. & Rate if applicable, if possible wording used in the sec. Pls note transport company is quoting his PAN No. in bills. PLs Rply
