Hi All
Advance payment has been made to the contractor , but the bill hadn't been raised by the Contractor . And the Amount paid is Debited to Suspense A/c and not to P&L A/c . Whether 194C is attracted on this issue ?

yes ... 194 c is attracted even on the payment time dear...!!!!
