I have entered into a contract with one of the party for security system for my office. He is giving me 2 bill one for Material supply and another for installation charges.
should I required to deduct TDS on both the bill or only on intallation charges U/S. 194C.

It is depend on what written on your Contract,if the contract value mentioned total amount, has to deduct TDS on total amount, if the party is individual @ 1% , if company 2% of tds to be deducted
