if i have a hospital which is pvt ltd and there is a one medical shop of partnership firm, and if hospital in his billing include medical shop bill of patient... and then give payment to medical shop...so if hospital make payment to medical shop then should hospital deduct tds in sec 194c as a contract.... for billing of medical shop
