If a person has contract but also have technical service then his liabkity under tds wheather in tds on contract or tds on technical service

Section 194C is a general section which is applicable only when if any specific section is not applicable. Hence if Section 194J TDS on professional or Technical Secvies then TDS should be deducted u/s 194J only and not under 194C.
