Tds on composite bill of hotel

20 June 2016 Our company has arranged one residential seminar at resort. The resort has provided us one bill for Hotel ,rent of Conference hall ,LCD, mike etc. as well as for food.

Whether TDS is applicable @ 2%(U/s194C) or 10%(U/s194I) or at both rates like 10% for hotel rent , 2% for rent on equipments and 2% for Food?
