I WANTED TO KNOW WHETHER THERE IS ANY REMEDY FOR NON DEDUCTION OF TDS FROM COMMISSION OF INSURANCE COMPANY AS WE HAVE IN CASE OF INTEREST WHERE WE CAN SUBMIT FORM 15G....

Deductee can apply for Nil or lower rate of TDS deduction through Form.13 to A.O

Agreed with Ramesh, however the process of getting lower TDS certificate is not so simple and involves consultants cost. One need to be be cosnidering these factors and amount if TDS involved.
