HOW THE TDS ON COMMISSION @20% (NO PAN FOR DEDUCTEE)CAN BE DEPOSITED TO CENTRAL GOVT? AS THERE IS NO PAN HOW CREDIT CAN BE GIVEN TO DEDUCTEE WHILE ONLINE PAYAMENT OF TDS?

credit cant b given thats the only reason tds deducted @ 20 %
