29 July 2014 In case of Air ticket payment to an air ticket comission agent whether there is a liability of deduction of tds or not?

29 July 2014 1. If you purchase air ticket from agent- no need to deduct the TDS as it is not commission.

2. If you pay commission for ticket- need to deduct TDS.
