19 June 2014 Please mention that under which section tds on brand promotion is covered? e.g. if M.s. Dhoni is promoting Ray Ban Glasses, who is professionally a cricketer, which section is attracted for TDS compliance?
194C or 194J

19 June 2014 If it is in form of Contract then 194C will b applicable. But if some specialist do that, like ad agency then TDS will b attracted u/s 194J.
