Tds on advertisement

In a private ltd. company we purchased a land. We publish a Public notice on behalf of UIT in newspaper. Would it be include in cost of purchase. Should i deduct TDS on advertisement for such notice in newspaper?

yes, sec 194C is applicable so deduct tds @2%
