20 September 2013 Sir , we have made payment for adverisement to a compnay in F>Y.2012-13 total amount is 35500. but not deducted TDS. Now what can be done.

20 September 2013 Deduct the TDS now and pay along with interest on late deduction and file TDS return to avoid disallowance of expenditure.
