26 October 2014 TDS not claim in ITR , whether in should be claimed or not and what is maximum time to claim TDS.

26 October 2014 If the ITR was filed within due date then revise the return u/s 139 (5) and claim TDS.

27 October 2014 If you have TDS certificate then you can claim same in subsequent FY
