07 January 2014 How to file TDS nil return in RPU 3.8 Version (latest for 3rd quarter ) with out mention any dummy pan no, or any deductee record.

08 January 2014 not possible now...you need valid deductees and challan details for TDS return filing. Nil returns not accepted except for Q4
