09 May 2012 IF I HAVE TAN NO. BUT I HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY YEAR THAN I HAVE TO FILE NIL TDS RETURN COMPULSORY

09 May 2012 If you don't have use of Tan no. so then surender it to income tax or fill nil return till u have tan no.
