10 August 2010 I filled TDS return of my client. One of deductee claim to my client that tds was not credit in his for 3re quater return but tds was credit for 4th quater return. How i resolved it.

10 August 2010 Please recheck facts with the return filed from your end and also the asertion of deductee by way of documentary evidence. Either of the parties are mistaken.

10 August 2010 Just check in the data of 3Q return , whether there is a mistake in quoting the PAN of that particular deductee.

Perhaps, that could be the most probable reasons, the the credit is not reflecting.

If yes, just file a correction statement of the tds return.
